Confident ordering.

Collection is free. Standard delivery is £4.95 and becomes free when the discounted merchandise total exceeds £20. We confirm expected production and dispatch timing after checking the artwork.

Please provide a complete delivery address. Contact us promptly if an order is late, damaged or incomplete.

Most print orders are made to your specification. Once production has begun, personalised or custom-made goods generally cannot be cancelled simply because you change your mind. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

Tell us as quickly as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. If production has not started, we will explain the available options. Report a problem with photographs and your order reference so we can investigate and offer an appropriate reprint, repair, replacement or refund.

You confirm that you own the artwork or have permission to reproduce it. Files should be supplied at the correct size with suitable resolution, fonts and bleed. We carry out a practical pre-print check, but this is not a full proofreading or design-approval service unless agreed separately.

We may contact you about obvious technical concerns. Production from approved or supplied artwork can still reflect spelling, layout, colour or image-quality issues present in that file. Screen colours may differ from printed output.

We use the information you submit to answer enquiries, prepare and fulfil orders, process payments, deliver work, prevent misuse and meet legal or accounting obligations. This can include your name, contact details, order information, delivery address and uploaded artwork.

Stripe processes payment information; CS Digital does not receive your complete card number. Website hosting, email and analytics providers process limited information where needed to provide their services. We keep information only for as long as reasonably required and protect access to uploaded files.

You can ask about access, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes.

The website uses necessary technology to operate ordering and file uploads. Google Analytics helps us understand visits and important actions such as basket additions, enquiries and completed orders. Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers.

You can limit cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some technology may affect measurement but should not prevent basic browsing.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and use the VAT treatment stated in the shop. An order is accepted when payment succeeds and we can produce it from suitable artwork. We may contact you before production if specifications are unclear or files are unsuitable.

Turnaround estimates begin after usable artwork and all required decisions are received. Events outside reasonable control can affect timing. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
